Gregor Bublitz

As ServiceNow Practice Lead DACH at DIGITALL, Gregor Bublitz is responsible for all ServiceNow projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In his 25-year career, he has supported over 50 companies - including ZKB, Swisscom, 11880 and Vitra - in the implementation of marketing, sales and service processes. His core competences include change management, the management of large projects and solution design in customer experience projects. His focus is on the use of low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow to design customised solutions that significantly improve customer KPIs.
