Karin Samsen has managed various Customer Services teams at Siemens, Thales and Siemens Healthineers. Currently she is leading a team of ca. 300 remote service specialists who support the Siemens Healthineers customers daily and ensure that the systems are up and running in the region Europe, Middle East and Africa.
