Felix Wrobel works in the Innovation & Digital Transformation department at ERGO, where he is responsible for the rollout of Conversational AI in the ERGO Group as Account Manager. In close cooperation with the ERGO Service & Operations units, he designs solutions where voice technologies and artificial intelligence are used to improve customer experience, relieve service of repetitive tasks and save costs.
