André Bopp

"Make customers to fans." This is what André Bopp and his team are committed to. He is Head of the Service Concepts & Projects Department at Deutsche Telekom. With his team, he takes care of process development and optimization of certain business units as well as the conception and introduction of new, innovative service concepts and contact channels. For example, he introduced the personal contact person when changing providers and established messaging as a service channel.
